By DONNA BALANCIA — The ingredients that go into a fine dinner are also served up when planning a party: In the case of the Season Kickoff Bash at 75 Main in Delray Beach, there was a lot of spice and surprise.
“The owner of 75 Main has a wonderful restaurant in the Hamptons and we’re so fortunate he’s bringing his newest establishment here to Delray Beach,” said Michael Lohan, a friend of 75 Main owner Zach Erdem and frequent visitor to the Atlantic Avenue-based grill. “Zach has impeccable taste and the food is delicious.”
The Season Kickoff Bash signals the start of the long-awaited return of Northerners who flock to Florida to spend their winter.
At the bash were Robert and Karen Stein of Avenue Productions Model & Talent Agency as well as their attractive models, and Nathalie Sloane of Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, whose organization received a portion of the proceeds from the party.
“We have been around for many years and we’re happy to help 75 Main celebrate,” said Robert Stein. “We have a great relationship with Zach and look forward to more events for our models.”
